in law
The law plays a fundamental role in preserving a functioning society and protecting the rights and interests of individuals and groups, and the first step in applying the law is the need for citizens to understand their legal rights and responsibilities and to be aware of the laws that govern their lives, then comes the application of the law.
All members of society are subject to the law regardless of the position they occupy socially, functionally or politically. All state authorities, prime ministers, deputies and all state institutions and agencies, in addition to the military and the private sector, are subject to it.
civil affairs:
Being a secular party, we cannot accept laws outside our political system. Our legal approach cannot allow any law other than the law of the state to share our social system. We do not recognize the legal laws governed by religions.
For example:
Any man and woman have the right to marry, regardless of their religious background.
Every married couple has the right to separate from each other if they do not want the relationship to continue.
A woman has the first right to raise her children and embrace them if no health or moral reason prevents her.
A man may not marry more than one woman at the same time.
In the event of the death of the father or mother without making a will, the estate shall be divided equally between males and females.
Documentation of marriage and death contracts according to the civil system of the state, and there is no objection to it taking its religious legal course if the parties so desire, but it is not considered a legal document that the state can take into account its details. (These are just small simplified examples of a larger idea that falls on all laws).

Enacting laws alone is not enough. Therefore, the state must be crowned with a fair and impartial judiciary whose task is represented in a judiciary that works to separate disputes and solve legal problems between individuals and various parties, whether in the civil, criminal or administrative fields. The judiciary must be independent of other authorities and political or social influences, in order to ensure the integrity and fairness of decisions issued.
The principles of justice, equality and transparency are among the basic values that the judiciary must abide by. Judges are required to be impartial or partial and provide equal opportunities for all to present their arguments and defend their rights.
As we mentioned earlier in our introduction with regard to laws, we have to establish a law that everyone participates in designing so that it becomes the final arbiter in all aspects of our lives, under which we take refuge and retreat to. A law based on modern, civil principles in which the religious or tribal concept is not mixed to serve the interest of one party or the majority. It only rules between people equally, regardless of how the religious or traditional view of others differs with this law.
